What does a regular yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. The exact inclusions depend on the type of service — for example, sunset tours come with upscale refreshments, while business charters provide meeting amenities and corporate catering.
When should I make my reservation?
It's best to reserve your spot 2–3 weeks early, particularly during the busy months from May to September. For business gatherings or special celebrations, book 4–6 weeks ahead for improved availability and to allow for custom arrangements.
What if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our utmost concern. If our captain finds the weather to be dangerous, we will propose a new date or offer a complete refund. We keep a close watch on the weather and will reach out to you if there are any concerns 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
May I bring my own provisions?
Certainly, guests are allowed to bring their own food and drinks. We do also have excellent catering services available and can tailor a menu to your taste. Please note, for safety measures, glassware is not permitted onboard.
Do you accommodate guests with mobility impairments?
We aim to cater to all our guests. Several of our vessels are designed with more accessible features than others. For any specific needs, we encourage contacting us during reservation so we can suggest the most appropriate yacht and make any needed arrangements.
What's your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations done more than 72 hours in advance are fully refunded. Those done between 24 to 72 hours will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours are not entitled to a refund, except in cases of unsafe weather or mechanical complications on our part.
