Our offerings are contingent on availability and prevailing meteorological conditions. We retain the authority to alter or discontinue any service without prior notice.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
To make a reservation for a charter, the following requirements must be met:
- Attain the minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Ensure all provided details are correct and comprehensive
- Submit the necessary deposit as indicated in the booking confirmation
- Accept the Terms & Conditions presented
3.2 Confirmation
Confirmation of your reservation is established only after the payment has been processed and you have received our written confirmation. We hold the authority to decline service to any individual based on our judgment.
3.3 Availability
The availability of our charters depends on the accessibility of the vessel and favorable weather conditions. We endeavor to meet your requested scheduling preferences to the best of our ability.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
The quoted prices are in € and include all relevant taxes unless specified otherwise. Note that prices can be adjusted without prior notification.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Initial Payment: 50% of the entire cost for the charter is required at the time of reservation
- Remaining Amount: Must be paid 48 hours prior to the charter's departure
- Extra Fees (if applicable): Payable upon the charter's conclusion
4.3 Payment Methods
We welcome payments via major credit cards, direct bank transfers, and certified cheques. Payments are facilitated through secure systems that safeguard information through encryption.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- If cancelled over 72 hours prior to departure: You receive a full refund minus any processing charges.
- If cancelled between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure: You are entitled to a refund of 50%.
- If cancelled less than 24 hours before departure: There will be no refund given.
5.2 Weather Cancellations
In cases where the captain determines that weather conditions are not safe, we provide the following options:
- Move your booking to the earliest available slot without any extra charges.
- Issue a full refund if it is not possible to reschedule.
5.3 Mechanical Issues
Should the vessel you're assigned to encounter mechanical failure, we'll strive to find an appropriate replacement. If we’re unable to do so, you'll get a full refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
Every passenger is obligated to:
- Adhere to all instructions from the crew
- Utilize the safety gear provided as needed
- Inform about any health issues that might impact their well-being
- Stay within the assigned sections of the ship
6.2 Prohibited Items
The following are not allowable on the ship:
- Glassware
- Unlawful materials
- Weapons or firearms
- Large amounts of alcohol
- Animals (except when permission is granted beforehand)
6.3 Conduct
Passenger behavior should be considerate at all times. Failure to maintain this standard may result in the premature conclusion of the voyage, without a refund, if it compromises safety or mars the experience for other individuals.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
The extent of our liability is confined to the payment received for the charter service. We accept no responsibility for:
- Injuries to persons caused by their own actions
- Theft or destruction of personal belongings
- Any indirect, consequent, or exemplary damages
- Delays arising from meteorological conditions or events not within our influence
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Our organization holds an all-encompassing marine insurance policy that insures our fleet and operations. It is up to passengers to secure their personal and travel insurance plans.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
By choosing to use our charter services, you recognize the natural hazards associated with maritime activities and agree to bear responsibility for ensuring your own safety and security.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We retain the authority to adjust travel plans, trajectories, or timetables due to meteorological situations, security matters, or necessities of operation. All attempts will be employed to arrange comparable alternative arrangements.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for postponements, annulments, or alterations stemming from events that are not within our control, which include but are not confined to:
- Extreme meteorological phenomena
- Catastrophic events
- Legislative mandates
- Shut down of ports
- Breakdowns of machinery
